Makes Heavy Turkey Cooking Safe And Easy

The purpose of this newly invented device is to increase safety and improve ability to handle heavy turkeys. This device allows one or two users to mechanically leverage turkeys as they are lowered into or raised from hot oil turkey fryers in a safe and efficient manner. The device consists of two fabricated metal arms joined by a welded ring which attaches to a hook. One arm is designed to be held in one hand and leveraged against the same forearm. The second arm attaches to the first arm by a welded ring and terminates with a handle for the opposite hand. This device can also be used by two people.
